Create YouTube title, description, tags, pinned comment, chapters, and clip ideas.

3

Add multiple WordPress sites, choose the active target, and select SEO plugin behavior.

Laravel Sites

Add protected Laravel receiver destinations for blogs, devotions, news, or custom content sections.

Install PublishFlow Laravel Receiver

Laravel sites need a small protected receiver before PublishFlow can send posts. Install the receiver on the customer’s Laravel site, generate a private token in that site’s .env, then paste the endpoint and token below.

1. Install receiver on Laravel site.
Open the PublishFlow receiver kit below, or paste the approved route/controller into the customer Laravel app.
2. Add private token in Laravel .env.

3. Paste endpoint here.

4. Test, save, then publish.
Use the saved Laravel site like any other publishing destination.

Manual: Manual check PF check: Not checked yet

Content Quality Check

Use your paid Grammarly account to check writing, plagiarism, and AI text before final publishing approval.

Manual check
PF Automatic Quality Check No extra API cost. No screenshots. No uploads. PF checks originality risk, AI-style risk, repetition, title/body match, and specificity before publish.
Not checked yet
PF will store only a small quality JSON report on the workspace job.
Paste the Grammarly report summary above. PublishFlow will auto-fill the manual Grammarly dropdowns when it detects AI-like percentage or external-source match percentage.
Save or load a workspace job first before recording the Grammarly quality result. This does not use Grammarly API or share credentials.

Source Library

Import podcast RSS items server-side so managers can work from saved sources even with slow internet.

Add Podcast RSS Feed

Paste a podcast RSS feed URL. PublishFlow imports episode titles, dates, links, audio URLs, and marks transcripts as not grabbed yet.

Add YouTube URL

Paste a YouTube video, Shorts, or youtu.be URL. PublishFlow saves it as a Source Library item. Captions/transcript can be fetched through the existing YouTube transcript tool.

Add YouTube Playlist

Paste a YouTube playlist URL. PublishFlow imports the videos into Source Library and can prefetch captions/transcripts server-side.

Saved Feed & Playlist Sources

Your reusable podcast feeds and YouTube playlists appear here. Importing a feed or playlist now saves it here automatically, so managers can run it again without re-pasting the URL.

No saved feed or playlist sources yet. Import a podcast feed or YouTube playlist to save it here automatically.
